A Dedicated Support Manager will work with you one-on-one to provide guidance as you build and maintain your app(s). They will know your requirements, goals, and apps so you’re not having to explain those each time you need help.
Your support requests will be automatically sent to your dedicated support manager and you will have direct access to their calendar for scheduling calls. Of course, if your dedicated support manager is out of the office, the rest of the team will be available to help you, so you’re never without someone to help.
